Now celebrating 30 years in 2017!
From the last Thursday in November until January 10th, Ladysmith is ignited with the life of thousands of twinkling Christmas lights.
It’s that time again, when we prepare Ladysmith for the Festival of Lights by hanging, tying, carrying, plugging the lights in.
On Sunday, November 5th, we meet at 9:00 a.m. at the 49th Parallel parking lot. We rely on volunteers so the more, the merrier!
Just wanted to say that I’ve been flooded with positive comments for the Light Up event, the new lights and the new look of the Chuck Perrin tree. I don’t remember a kick off like that EVER. Was so great and our family felt so fortunate to be able to be in the crowd and just enjoy the energy and ‘all the feels’. Seeing the volunteers out the next morning tuning everything up is such a testament to your group and Ladysmith as a community. You should all be very proud.
All the very best, Aaron
